We will travel further if required.

We perform for a variety of occasions including Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, PTA, Club, Church and Village events.

All the band members have many years of experience in playing for dancing.

There is sometimes confusion between the terms: ceilidh, country dance, barn dance and hoedown. Whichever term is used they are essentially the same and are based on inherited forms of folk dancing (you may have done a bit at school). These events are fun and not intended to be serious (you can have a laugh at your own mistakes).

We perform with the same enthusiasm for both experienced dancers and novices. If you have never done it before, don't worry. We will be there to make it work for you.

We play for one or two dances then have a short break. We usually play a tune and you can get your breath back, have a chat and a cooling drink.

We can also advise you on how you could run the event if required.

We have our own compact P. A. system which we will provide free of charge for your event, or we will use an in-house system if preferred (please liaise with us in advance of the event if you wish us to use an in-house system - we need phantom power).
